One Sunday afternoon a granddaughter was talking to her grandmother about everything from apples to books to computers. Surprised that her grandmother knew so much the granddaughter asked ‘how do you know about everything in the world?’ Grandmother replied, ‘Because I have lived a long life.’ 

The young girl asked, ‘how long, and how old are you Grandma?’

The grandmother thought for a moment and said, ‘My sweet little Bindiya, I am as old as the Earth.’ 

‘Our planet Earth!’, Bindiya gasped and the conversation continued.
