Yet another Arctic blast hit the north-eastern US and parts of Canada yesterday bringing in extreme cold. The second this winter. The temperatures went  minus 27 in Coburg, Ontario with wind chill of nearly -47 around Lake Ontario. The waves from the Lake crashing on to the Pebble Beach freeze to crystal chunks mid-air. This Sunday morning picture is from the deck of my brother’s house. What would happen if a cold blast like this ever hit north India ?
