Early morning at Jama Masjid. One hundred twenty one steps and 130 feet into the air, the two minars share sisterly whispers across the majestic dome. The last time I climbed the northern minar (in picture) was twenty one years ago. These views, through an iron grill, are from the southern minar next to gate number one.
